Job Summary
To support a transformative sales strategy, the full-time Sales Leader will manage and develop a team of Account Executives, focusing on coaching, driving outbound pipeline generation, and enhancing account and partner relationships in a collaborative remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of Account Executives, providing real-time guidance and fostering a collaborative team environment
- Build and execute a disciplined outbound prospecting strategy using sales engagement tools to optimize outreach efforts
- Oversee account management strategies to maximize customer retention, expansion, and partner satisfaction
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in building and scaling full-lifecycle sales teams, including both new business and account management
- Expertise with modern sales technology stacks, including Outreach/SalesLoft, Gong/Chorus, and CRMs
- Deep understanding of modern sales methodologies, such as MEDDIC and Challenger
- Data-driven leadership style with strong coaching instincts and a resilient mindset
- Ability to navigate conflict and energize a sales team effectively
