Job Summary
To support the evolution of sales strategies, the full-time Sales Leader will manage and develop a team of Account Executives, focusing on coaching, guiding, and optimizing sales processes while maintaining strong partner relationships in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of Account Executives through coaching, mentorship, and real-time support
- Build and execute outbound prospecting strategies using sales engagement tools to enhance pipeline generation
- Oversee account management and partner relationships to maximize retention and satisfaction
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in building and scaling full-lifecycle sales teams, especially for Enterprise customers
- Expertise with modern sales technologies, including Outreach, SalesLoft, Gong, and CRMs
- Deep understanding of contemporary sales methodologies such as MEDDIC and Challenger
- Data-driven leadership style with strong coaching instincts and conflict navigation skills
- Experience in a start-up environment with a focus on adaptability and impact
