Job Summary

To drive growth in the Sequencing product, the full-time remote Sales Leader for Sequencing will manage a team of Account Executives, refine the upsell sales playbook, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance sales performance.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the hiring, onboarding, and coaching of upsell AEs, expanding the team from 2 to 8 by year-end
  • Refine and document the upsell sales motion for the Sequencing product, training the team and iterating based on data
  • Own team ARR targets and pipeline management, providing accurate reports to senior leadership
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including 5+ years in a management role
  • Proven success in upsell, expansion, or land-and-expand sales motions
  • Strong coaching abilities with a focus on structured feedback and development plans
  • Experience working closely with cross-functional teams, particularly Customer Success and Product
  • Familiarity with AI-powered sales tools or the sales development/sequencing category
