Job Summary
A company is looking for a Regional Vice President of Sales in Higher Education.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of Account Executives, providing mentorship and support
- Lead recruitment, hiring, and training efforts to build a high-performing sales team
- Report on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Leadership
- 10+ years in software and/or applications sales, particularly to CxO level
- Recent experience with Enterprise customers, especially in the Public Sector and Higher Education
- Proven track record of leading complex account teams and achieving revenue goals
- Experience in recruiting and developing high-performing sales organizations
