Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Vice President of Sales in Higher Education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a team of Account Executives, providing mentorship and support
  • Lead recruitment, hiring, and training efforts to build a high-performing sales team
  • Report on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Leadership
  • 10+ years in software and/or applications sales, particularly to CxO level
  • Recent experience with Enterprise customers, especially in the Public Sector and Higher Education
  • Proven track record of leading complex account teams and achieving revenue goals
  • Experience in recruiting and developing high-performing sales organizations
