Job Summary
A company is looking for a RVP Sales Metro NYC.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of sales professionals selling Identity Security Solutions directly to end users
- Lead strategic sales initiatives and collaborate with channel partners to enhance sales effectiveness
- Develop and implement business plans to achieve sales goals and drive growth in the region
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in leading sales teams within high growth SaaS or Cyber-security organizations
- Track record of successfully managing sales during transitions from on-premises to SaaS solutions
- Experience with pipeline management and sales forecasting processes
- Ability to analyze and optimize sales processes and structures
- Strong understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions
