Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and develop an eight-person sales team through mentorship and real-time deal support
  • Recruit, hire, and retain top Account Executive talent to consistently exceed quotas
  • Drive revenue by accurately forecasting, growing the pipeline, and closing business
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience managing a team of Account Executives in a high-velocity SaaS environment
  • 5+ years of experience as an Account Executive with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota
  • Strong ability to hire and scale high-performing sales teams
  • Experience navigating and closing complex deal cycles
  • Must reside in the Western US and support a distributed team
