Job Summary

Driving new customer acquisition, the full-time remote Sales Manager will lead outbound sales efforts to grow hospital and clinic partnerships across the U.S., engaging in product demonstrations and collaborating with marketing teams to create effective sales strategies.

Key responsibilities
  • Drive new customer acquisition end-to-end, from building pipeline to successful price negotiations
  • Own the sales process by leading engaging product presentations that demonstrate the value of AMBOSS
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop targeted sales strategies and share field insights for growth
Required qualifications
  • 2-5 years of success in outbound or consultative B2B sales, preferably in healthcare, edtech, or SaaS
  • A self-starter mindset with strong ownership and initiative
  • Exceptional communication skills that are persuasive and clear
  • Passion for mission-driven work that enhances healthcare and education
  • Experience with CRM systems and Google Workspace tools
