Job Summary
Leading all commercial activities across the Latin American region, the full-time salaried Sales Manager, Latin America will drive profitable growth, manage key customer relationships, and execute a regional sales strategy in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own regional sales delivery, including revenue, volume, and margin
- Lead commercial strategy across core segments and manage complex contract negotiations
- Establish and enforce pricing governance aligned with global benchmarks
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
- 5+ years of commercial experience in industrial minerals, chemicals, or adjacent commodity markets
- Demonstrated success managing large, contract-heavy B2B accounts
- Strong experience across Latin American markets and understanding of intra-regional trade flows
- Full professional fluency in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese as a second language is highly desirable
