Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage 6-8 account executives to hit sales goals
  • Leverage sales tech stack to monitor team performance and provide support
  • Work closely with revenue operations team to understand pipeline and adjust plans

Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of people management experience in sales
  • 5+ years of successful SaaS sales experience, preferably in nonprofits
  • Demonstrated success in coaching and mentoring sales team members
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions and lead a large team strategically
  • Smart, tenacious, and kind with a growth mindset
