Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Manager to lead their Growth segment, overseeing SMB and Mid-Market Account Executives focused on new business acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SMB and Mid-Market Account Executives to exceed new business acquisition targets
- Own the growth strategy for the segment, ensuring effective targeting and closing of high-potential customers
- Optimize sales processes and pipeline management to improve conversion rates and sales efficiency
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with 2+ years in a sales leadership or management role
- Proven success leading high-velocity SMB or Mid-Market sales teams focused on new business acquisition
- A data-driven, results-oriented mindset with experience managing KPIs, forecasting, and pipeline health
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with a track record of developing top-performing sales reps
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and sales enablement technologies
