Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, lead, and develop a successful team of full-cycle Account Executives
  • Assess sales pipeline, activity, and forecasts to determine sales progress and areas for improvement
  • Coach Account Executives in key sales skills, including forecasting, prospecting, and deal negotiations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of prior sales leadership experience managing sales teams within software, ideally SaaS
  • 4+ years of progressive B2B experience in a quota-carrying role
  • Proven ability to create and lead high-performing teams
  • Goal-oriented spirit who thrives in a fast-paced environment
