Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Manager to lead their Sales organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mentor, manage, and coach the sales team to improve sales productivity
  • Achieve monthly revenue and close rate goals while collaborating with leadership
  • Hire, onboard, and ramp new sales team members as needed
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of sales experience in enterprise B2B and/or B2B2C software
  • At least 2 years of experience managing sales team members
  • Experience in a high-growth enterprise B2B SaaS environment preferred
  • Understanding of value-based selling with examples of success
  • Self-starter approach with ownership of projects from day one
