Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Manager, Source-to-Pay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage weekly forecasts and coordinate with various departments on sales targets
  • Direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop the sales program
  • Analyze sales statistics and market needs to formulate policies and develop sales campaigns
Required Qualifications
  • 8 or more years of sales experience, with proven success in SaaS sales
  • 5 or more years of experience managing a high-performing sales team of at least 5 direct reports
  • Experience in Source-to-Pay / Order-to-Cash selling into Oilfield Service companies is a plus
  • Proven track record of consistent sales growth and quota attainment
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
