Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Manager to join their Financial Services Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage weekly sales forecasts and coordinate with various departments to execute sales targets
  • Direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations while analyzing sales statistics to formulate policy
  • Develop and implement new products and processes, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures among team members
Required Qualifications
  • 8 or more years of sales experience, with proven success in SaaS sales
  • 5 or more years of experience managing a high-performing sales team of at least 5 direct reports
  • Experience in Source-to-Pay / Order-to-Cash selling into Oilfield Service companies is a plus
  • Proven hands-on experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct a solution-oriented sales process, including closing deals
