Sales Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Manager to lead the migration and expansion of its existing customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement sales strategies for migrating customers to PDQ Connect
• Hire, coach, and develop a team of Migration Account Executives
• Establish processes and accountability across the migration funnel

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales leadership with a focus on expansion or platform migration
• 2+ years of experience in a Manager or Team Lead role
• Strong command of pipeline management and CRM discipline, preferably Salesforce
• Experience selling to IT or IT Security personas is highly preferred
• Ability to work cross-functionally and drive alignment across various teams
