Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Sales (Performance) to lead the North American Performance team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the Performance sales team, guiding them in assessing sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to align sales execution with company strategy and customer insights
  • Design and execute mid- to long-term sales strategies while establishing consistency in sales processes


Required Qualifications
  • Management and leadership experience in developing sales teams
  • In-depth knowledge of the sports performance space, particularly in strength & conditioning and sports science
  • Experience with multi-product sales and consultative, solution-based approaches
  • Hands-on experience with sports performance software platforms
  • Established network within professional and collegiate athletics
