Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Sales (Performance) to lead the North American Performance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Performance sales team, guiding them in assessing sales opportunities
- Collaborate with senior leaders to align sales execution with company strategy and customer insights
- Design and execute mid- to long-term sales strategies while establishing consistency in sales processes
Required Qualifications
- Management and leadership experience in developing sales teams
- In-depth knowledge of the sports performance space, particularly in strength & conditioning and sports science
- Experience with multi-product sales and consultative, solution-based approaches
- Hands-on experience with sports performance software platforms
- Established network within professional and collegiate athletics
