Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, SMB Sales - Spend & Expense.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the execution of sales strategies to consistently exceed monthly sales and business goals
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives, fostering continuous learning and high performance
- Optimize and refine the sales model, identifying new cross-sell opportunities and implementing strategies to increase revenue and customer engagement
Required Qualifications:
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving strong results in a sales leadership role
