Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Manager to drive retail and distributor growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and secure new retail and distributor partnerships
Lead account management, including sell-in and sell-through strategies
Own sales forecasting and track retailer performance and competitive activity

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred
5+ years of sales experience in CPG with account and distributor management
Proven track record of expanding retail distribution
Experience in forecasting, promotional planning, and managing trade spend
Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting syndicated data
