Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and elevate a team of Account Executives through coaching and pipeline reviews
- Own team quota and assist in closing complex deals to meet revenue targets
- Iterate on sales processes and collaborate with RevOps for accurate revenue forecasting
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in B2B Enterprise SaaS sales, with at least 2 years in a management role
- Experience in scaling organizations through the $10M to $50M ARR phase
- Ability to take initiative and contribute beyond defined job responsibilities
- Data-driven approach to coaching based on metrics and performance analysis
- Proven track record of exceeding personal sales quotas
