Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and elevate a team of Account Executives through coaching and pipeline reviews
  • Own team quota and assist in closing complex deals to meet revenue targets
  • Iterate on sales processes and collaborate with RevOps for accurate revenue forecasting
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in B2B Enterprise SaaS sales, with at least 2 years in a management role
  • Experience in scaling organizations through the $10M to $50M ARR phase
  • Ability to take initiative and contribute beyond defined job responsibilities
  • Data-driven approach to coaching based on metrics and performance analysis
  • Proven track record of exceeding personal sales quotas
