Job Summary

A company is looking for a driven, results-oriented Manager, Sales to build and lead their New Business Sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing New Business Account Executive team focused on net-new logo acquisition
  • Own and drive performance against new revenue targets, including bookings growth and contribution to overall company revenue
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and continuously develop Account Executives to achieve and exceed performance expectations
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience leading Enterprise or Mid-Market New Business Sales teams
  • Proven success building and scaling teams focused on new logo acquisition and revenue growth
  • Experience managing teams against revenue-based targets, including bookings, quota attainment, and pipeline performance
  • Demonstrated experience using MEDDPICC and Challenger sales methodologies
  • Hands-on leadership style, comfortable engaging directly with customers and supporting high-impact deals
