Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Manager who will lead and enhance the performance of the sales organization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop the Inside Sales Team, ensuring alignment on goals and performance
Ensure accuracy in sales quotes and oversee the quoting workflow
Track sales metrics and provide insights to the VP of Sales for performance improvement

Required Qualifications

Proven experience leading sales or inside sales teams
Strong understanding of sales operations and margin management
Experience with CRM and quoting tools, preferably ConnectWise
Data-driven mindset with strong reporting and analytical skills
Experience in MSP, IT services, or B2B technology sales is a plus
