Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Sales Specialists to lead a team of Strategic Sales Specialists in North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team, recruiting and developing 8-10 Strategic Sales Specialists
  • Drive quota attainment by coaching the team to achieve 100%+ quota through effective pipeline management
  • Scale a proven sales motion by refining the playbook for selling Service Hub and Customer Agent to existing customers
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience leading quota-carrying SaaS sales teams
  • Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding team quota
  • Experience coaching full-cycle sellers in prospecting, discovery, and closing
  • BA or BS degree at minimum
  • Experience managing sellers in the Mid-Market or Corporate segment
