Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Manager to lead a team of Account Executives and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute sales plans while supporting the sales team with meetings and negotiations
  • Conduct regular forecast reviews and manage team productivity to meet established goals
  • Embody inclusive leadership and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance
Required Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience managing a team of Account Executives in an enterprise SaaS environment
  • Experience in governance, risk, compliance technology, or similar technical sales environments is preferred
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC, Challenger, and/or Force Management methodologies
  • Proven track record of building and leading a successful sales team
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, remote work environments
