Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Manager with a proven track record of scaling businesses to $25M+ in revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Executives to meet or exceed sales targets
• Drive new business development and expand market share in existing and new markets
• Collaborate with Marketing and Technical teams to generate leads and maximize client engagement

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience growing a company or business unit to at least $25M in revenue
• Demonstrated ability to sell into new markets and expand market share
• Experience managing a small team of sales professionals with measurable success
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
