Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Manager (Commercial) to lead a team of Account Executives in the SMB and Mid-Market segments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4-8 Commercial AEs across SMB and Mid-Market territories
  • Own revenue targets, forecast accuracy, and pipeline health while maintaining transparency with leadership
  • Partner with AEs on complex deals and contribute to sales strategy and process improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3+ years of experience in a sales management role with quota-carrying AEs
  • 2-3+ years of experience as an Account Executive with a proven track record in a SaaS environment
  • Experience managing SMB and/or Mid-Market sales with high-velocity deal cycles
  • Demonstrated ability to forecast accurately and manage pipeline in Salesforce
  • Familiarity with sales engagement tools and data-driven coaching
