Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Manager (Staff Augmentation) to lead and grow its US sales operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, refine, and execute a clear sales strategy to achieve revenue goals
  • Hire, train, and lead a team of Sales Executives and SDRs
  • Shape the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and track performance
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with 3+ years in custom software development or agency services
  • Hands-on experience in building and leading a sales team in a software services environment
  • Proven track record of scaling revenue from ~$3M to $10M+ annually
  • Deep understanding of mobile app development trends and project lifecycles
  • Solid CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) for managing and forecasting pipeline
