Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Manager to oversee staff activities and drive growth in the New York Metro region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team to drive growth across the company's portfolio and develop a compelling business value framework for customers
  • Execute plans to enhance profitability and orchestrate business units to improve performance and expand market presence
  • Engage with customers to identify opportunities, manage pipeline activities, and ensure successful deal closures
Required Qualifications
  • University or Bachelor's Degree preferred; advanced degree or MBA is desirable
  • Typically 10+ years of account management experience
  • Prior direct people management experience is required
  • Experience in the IT industry, with a focus on verticals such as Energy, Manufacturing, Aerospace, and Healthcare is a plus
  • Experience in P&L and risk management is preferred
