Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Manager to manage a team of Account Executives and drive sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a team of 6-8 account executives to achieve sales goals
  • Utilize sales technology to monitor team performance and provide coaching and training support
  • Conduct regular one-on-one check-ins to ensure quota attainment and team goal completion
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience managing a sales team
  • 5+ years of proven success in full cycle SaaS sales, preferably with experience selling to nonprofits
  • Demonstrated success in coaching and mentoring account executives
  • Ability to make strategic decisions and implement plans with large teams
  • Strong analytical skills to understand data and drive management decisions
