Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Manager to oversee a team of Account Executives and drive revenue performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure strong pipeline creation and health through regular reviews and quick gap fixes
  • Enforce activity standards and follow-up discipline across the team
  • Coach representatives to expand account penetration and build multi-threaded relationships
Required Qualifications
  • 3-7+ years in sales, with at least 2 years of experience managing representatives
  • Experience in promotional products is helpful, but not required
  • Strong CRM and reporting skills, particularly with HubSpot and commonsku
  • Ability to implement and enforce activity standards effectively
  • Experience in performance management and coaching underperformers
