Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Manager to oversee a team of Account Executives and drive revenue performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure strong pipeline creation and health through regular reviews and quick gap fixes
- Enforce activity standards and follow-up discipline across the team
- Coach representatives to expand account penetration and build multi-threaded relationships
Required Qualifications
- 3-7+ years in sales, with at least 2 years of experience managing representatives
- Experience in promotional products is helpful, but not required
- Strong CRM and reporting skills, particularly with HubSpot and commonsku
- Ability to implement and enforce activity standards effectively
- Experience in performance management and coaching underperformers
