Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, New Business Sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Account Executives focused on generating new business
  • Develop and execute data-driven sales strategies to grow pipeline and increase conversion rates

Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in new business development, B2B sales, or partnership growth, with leadership experience
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in SaaS, data, or intelligence solutions
  • Strong understanding of sales strategy and market expansion in complex sectors
  • Experience in recruiting and developing top sales talent
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred)
