Job Summary

A company is looking for a FLEX Sales Manager MHS, Franchise.

Key Responsibilities

• Handles customer inquiries and lead requests for group bookings within predefined sales parameters
• Aligns customer preferences with brand needs and actively up-sells to maximize revenue and customer loyalty
• Processes business correspondence and creates contracts and related booking documentation

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in sales and marketing, guest services, or related area, or a 2-year degree in a relevant field
• Preferred 2 years experience selling group business at a property or in a sales office
• Knowledge of property operations and food and beverage
• Understanding of the group sales process and how to close a sale
• Hospitality Management Degree is preferred
