Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Manager (Brand Partnerships) to lead and develop a team of sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a pod of Brand Partners, ensuring skill progression and quota performance
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions and oversee the onboarding process for new hires
  • Drive adoption of sales tools and processes while maintaining pipeline accuracy and forecasting
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of media ad sales experience
  • Proven management experience leading a team
  • Experience with self-sourcing pipeline through outbound prospecting
  • Ability to coach reps through the full sales cycle
  • Strong understanding of digital media operations and sales forecasting
