Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Manager (Brand Partnerships) to lead and develop a team of sales representatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a pod of Brand Partners, ensuring skill progression and quota performance
- Conduct regular coaching sessions and oversee the onboarding process for new hires
- Drive adoption of sales tools and processes while maintaining pipeline accuracy and forecasting
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of media ad sales experience
- Proven management experience leading a team
- Experience with self-sourcing pipeline through outbound prospecting
- Ability to coach reps through the full sales cycle
- Strong understanding of digital media operations and sales forecasting
