Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Manager responsible for driving membership revenue before and after studio openings.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute the presales strategy and hit membership targets ahead of opening
- Manage all inbound and outbound leads, driving consistent follow-up to convert prospects into founding members
- Conduct outreach via phone, email, and SMS to engage and close prospective clients
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in fitness, wellness, or hospitality
- Strong closer with a track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Highly organized with the ability to manage a high-volume pipeline
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Self-starter who takes ownership of results
