Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Manager to drive sales of retail energy products to Commercial and Industrial customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and acquire new Commercial and Industrial customers through various means to build a robust pipeline
  • Establish and maintain relationships to acquire and retain a book of business, meeting sales goals
  • Develop sales plans and strategies to increase regional business and coordinate efforts with other managers
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline, or at least ten years of relevant experience
  • A minimum of seven years of sales experience in the retail energy industry
  • Strong negotiation skills for securing favorable outcomes in discussions
  • Self-driven with the ability to quickly learn new products and adapt to changing environments
  • Proficient in interacting with executive-level decision-makers and presenting strategic initiatives
