Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Manager to build and lead a team of Account Executives while managing a personal sales quota.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute sales by carrying a personal quota, closing enterprise deals, and modeling best practices throughout the sales cycle
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives, ensuring accountability and effective pipeline generation
- Acquire deep knowledge of products and industry trends to enhance sales positioning and customer engagement
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years of professional sales experience in enterprise SaaS
- 4+ years of consultative sales experience at a SaaS company in data privacy or related sectors
- 2+ years of experience with average deal sizes ranging from $150K to $750K
- 1-2 years of sales management or team lead experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; authorized to work in the United States
