Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Manager to lead a team of Account Executives and drive sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 8-10 Account Executives to achieve sales goals
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process and design a structured onboarding program for new hires
- Analyze sales data to adjust strategies and ensure operational excellence in team performance
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience managing and developing Account Executives, preferably in a SaaS or high-velocity SMB environment
- Proven track record of achieving team ARR quotas in fast sales cycles
- Experience in recruiting, onboarding, and ramping AEs to full productivity
- Metrics-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM systems for performance management
- High energy and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment
