Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Manager to lead a team of Account Executives and drive sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 8-10 Account Executives to achieve sales goals

Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience managing and developing Account Executives, preferably in a SaaS or high-velocity SMB environment
  • Proven track record of achieving team ARR quotas in fast sales cycles
  • Experience in recruiting, onboarding, and ramping AEs to full productivity
  • Metrics-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM systems for performance management
  • High energy and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment
