Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Manager to lead their sales team and sales motion end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own revenue targets and contribute to a book of business during the initial player-coach phase
  • Build and run the sales coaching infrastructure, including pipeline reviews and deal strategy sessions
  • Provide mentorship to the sales team and represent sales in cross-functional conversations
Required Qualifications
  • 6-8 years of inside sales experience in healthcare SaaS or services
  • 1+ year of management experience with positive reviews from the sales team
  • Experience as a player-coach or readiness to build and execute sales strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to improve team-wide performance and close rates
  • Data-driven approach with a focus on pipeline metrics and sales outcomes
