Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Manager to lead a team of high-velocity Sales Account Executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Directly lead and develop a team of 6-10 AEs in a high-velocity, metrics-driven outbound sales environment
- Set clear expectations and coach on daily/monthly sales activities and targets
- Champion smart, data-driven selling by analyzing dashboards and optimizing team performance
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of frontline sales management experience, preferably in a high-volume, SaaS or outbound SDR/AE setting
- Demonstrated leadership ability to motivate and guide diverse teams in a remote setting
- Track record of meeting/exceeding team metrics and developing sellers
- Expertise in outbound strategy, including modern prospecting and CRM hygiene
- Solutions- and results-oriented with a resourceful approach in a high-growth environment
