Job Summary
Leading sales growth and profitability initiatives, the full-time remote Sales Manager will develop teams across sales, purchasing, and operations while engaging with customers and managing supplier strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and profitability initiatives
- Develop and manage teams across sales, purchasing, and operations
- Engage with customers and negotiate supplier strategies
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in the Forest Products industry
- Proven leadership experience in engineered wood products (EWP) and siding sales
- Strong business, financial, and operational acumen
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems, preferably Salesforce
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
