Job Summary

Leading sales growth and profitability initiatives, the full-time remote Sales Manager will develop teams across sales, purchasing, and operations while engaging with customers and managing supplier strategies.

Key responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth and profitability initiatives
  • Develop and manage teams across sales, purchasing, and operations
  • Engage with customers and negotiate supplier strategies
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in the Forest Products industry
  • Proven leadership experience in engineered wood products (EWP) and siding sales
  • Strong business, financial, and operational acumen
  • Experience with CRM and ERP systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
