Job Summary
Leading a team of sales professionals, the full-time remote Sales Manager will oversee revenue performance, drive retention, and implement sales processes while collaborating with key stakeholders to enhance sales outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Own the annual revenue number for OpenLogic in North America and drive retention in vulnerable product lines
- Set standards for team preparation and product knowledge while conducting regular coaching and performance reviews
- Implement a repeatable sales process and partner with cross-functional teams to align commercial priorities and messaging
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise B2B software sales, with at least 3 years in a regional manager or Director-level role
- Proven track record of consistent attainment in competitive markets
- Experience in resource-constrained environments emphasizing execution discipline
- Ability to provide direct feedback that improves performance and holds team members accountable
- Strong collaboration skills with Product and Marketing teams to align on commercial goals
