Job Summary
Leading a team of Account Executives, the full-time Outbound Sales Manager will drive revenue growth and foster a high-performance culture remotely, while leveraging data-driven insights to coach team members and enhance sales strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Create a team culture of trust, accountability, and success
- Develop and train new Account Executives on the sales process
- Conduct weekly pipeline reviews and forecast meetings with team members
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a sales manager
- 3 years of documented sales success as an individual contributor
- Experience in hiring and training Account Executives
- Proven track record of cross-team collaboration
- Leadership experience with a focus on coaching and development
