Key responsibilities
  • Create a team culture of trust, accountability, and success
  • Develop and train new Account Executives on the sales process
  • Conduct weekly pipeline reviews and forecast meetings with team members
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience as a sales manager
  • 3 years of documented sales success as an individual contributor
  • Experience in hiring and training Account Executives
  • Proven track record of cross-team collaboration
  • Leadership experience with a focus on coaching and development
