Job Summary
Leading a team of Account Executives, the full-time Outbound Sales Manager will drive revenue growth by fostering a high-performance remote sales culture, coaching team members, and developing effective sales strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Create a team culture of trust, accountability, and success while encouraging open communication
- Develop and train new Account Executives on the sales process and oversee rigorous sales development execution
- Conduct weekly pipeline reviews and forecast meetings, using data-driven insights to coach team members on revenue strategies
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a sales manager
- 3 years of documented sales success as an individual contributor exceeding targets
- Experience in hiring, training, and ramping new Account Executives
- Proven track record of collaboration across teams with the ability to inspire change
- Leadership experience with a focus on coaching and developing others
