Job Summary
Leading a team of 8-10 Account Executives, the full-time Sales Manager will drive sales performance through coaching and development, manage the hiring process, and ensure operational excellence while collaborating cross-functionally in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team to exceed sales goals
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process and implement a structured onboarding program for new hires
- Utilize sales data to adjust strategies and drive operational excellence, ensuring accurate forecasting and performance reporting
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience managing and developing Account Executives, preferably in a SaaS or high-velocity SMB environment
- Demonstrated success in achieving team ARR quotas in fast sales cycles
- Experience in recruiting, onboarding, and ramping Account Executives to full productivity
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM tools for performance management
- Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and provide constructive feedback
