Job Summary
To lead a dynamic sales team, the full-time remote Sales Manager will inspire and develop a group of 9 Account Executives while designing and executing sales plans, managing team productivity, and fostering a collaborative environment across various departments.
Key responsibilities
- Design and execute quarterly and annual sales plans while managing team productivity and opportunities
- Hire, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their sales acumen and achieve individual and team goals
- Conduct weekly forecast reviews and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficiency
Required qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience managing a team of Account Executives in an enterprise SaaS environment
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC, Challenger, and/or Force Management methodologies
- Proven track record of building and leading successful sales teams
- Experience in governance, risk, compliance technology, legaltech, or cybersecurity is a plus
- Strong ability to nurture early-career talent and thrive in fast-paced remote environments
