Job Summary
Seeking a Sales Manager to lead a remote team of enterprise Account Executives, this full-time position will focus on coaching, performance management, and driving the team to exceed revenue targets on complex, high-value deals.
Key responsibilities
- Leading, coaching, and developing a team of enterprise Account Executives to enhance their performance and career growth
- Driving the team to meet and surpass pipeline and revenue targets on large, multi-stakeholder deals
- Refining and implementing the enterprise GTM playbook to improve win rates and deal sizes
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years managing an enterprise sales team, preferably in SaaS or logistics
- Proven track record of achieving team quotas and developing high-performing Account Executives
- Experience in eCommerce shipping, warehousing, and fulfillment logistics
- Demonstrated ability to build and refine a repeatable enterprise GTM sales process in a metrics-driven environment
- Strong analytical and forecasting skills with a data-first approach
