Job Summary
Driving enterprise sales initiatives, the full-time remote Sales Manager will establish scalable sales processes, enhance account prioritization, and improve onboarding for the sales team while collaborating across departments to boost customer outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Establish a scalable and repeatable enterprise sales motion through clear playbooks and structured knowledge sharing
- Drive account prioritization and segmentation to identify high-value enterprise opportunities
- Strengthen onboarding and training frameworks for new sales team members
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales or Account Executive roles, with 1-2 years in people management
- Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple strategic accounts
- Strong leadership and coaching capabilities to enhance AE performance and sales execution
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through enterprise expansion and strategic customer engagement
- Familiarity with CRM/sales platforms to support forecasting and pipeline visibility
