Job Summary

Leading a remote team of Account Executives, the full-time Sales Manager will drive revenue growth, coach team members, and refine sales strategies to capture market share in the North American market.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing remote sales team across the NAM region
  • Set sales targets and conduct performance management activities to ensure team success
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to identify growth opportunities and optimize sales processes
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with 2-3 years in a management role, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • Deep understanding of the NAM market dynamics and business cultures
  • Proven success in managing a fully remote sales team
  • Proficiency with modern sales tools, including CRM software
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and performance management
