Job Summary
Leading a high-performing sales team, the full-time Sales Manager will manage and mentor a group of Account Executives, a Sales Development Representative, and an Account Manager across the US and UK, focusing on driving growth and optimizing sales performance within the fitness industry.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals and KPIs across two markets
- Drive performance across the entire sales funnel, tracking and managing key metrics to optimize conversion rates
- Establish clear sales KPIs and analyze funnel data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
Required qualifications:
- 2+ years of SaaS sales management experience with a proven track record of driving results
- Strong understanding of the sales funnel and experience in performance tracking and optimization
- Expertise in coaching and developing sales professionals to meet individual and team targets
- Experience managing or collaborating with international teams is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales performance metrics
