Seeking a dynamic Sales Manager who will work remotely to master sales processes, lead a team of sales representatives, and drive departmental performance while building a lasting legacy within the organization.

Key responsibilities:
  • Master sales scripts, CRM, and booking processes while closing deals and improving existing systems
  • Hire and train a sales team, providing coaching, performance tracking, and fostering a strong sales culture
  • Drive revenue and team performance, collaborating with leadership to scale campaigns and develop internal leaders
Required qualifications:
  • 3-5+ years of sales experience, including 1-2 years in a leadership role managing high-performing teams
  • Experience managing a sales team of 20+ individuals
  • Proficiency in pipeline management and sales technology
  • Demonstrated ability to build, hire, or scale a sales team
  • Strong closing skills with a deep understanding of sales psychology and motivation techniques
