Job Summary
Leading a team of Account Executives, the full-time Sales Manager will drive revenue growth by developing a high-performing remote sales team, leveraging data-driven insights, and fostering a culture of accountability and success.
Key responsibilities
- Create a team culture of trust and accountability while encouraging open communication
- Develop the sales team through hiring, training, and participating in client meetings
- Manage sales metrics and oversee the execution of sales strategies and processes
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a sales manager
- 3 years of documented sales success as an individual contributor exceeding targets
- Experience in hiring and training new Account Executives
- Proven track record of collaborating across teams to inspire change
- Leadership experience with a focus on coaching and developing others
